View and purchase beautiful photography by AQHA members, starting October 28 at the American Quarter Horse Hall of Fame & Museum.

Doors will be open to the public for the show opening from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on October 28 at the Museum.

The American Quarter Horse Association invites you to attend a historic event to celebrate the 2016 American Quarter Horse Photography Show & Sale at the American Quarter Horse Hall of Fame & Museum in Amarillo. Mark your calendar now for the show’s opening October 28, or plan a trip to view this year’s exhibit before it closes November 26.

Earlier in the year, AQHA hosted a photo contest, encouraging all AQHA members to submit photos of an American Quarter Horse. More than 800 entries were received, and AQHA and Museum staff selected more than 100 to be displayed at the 2016 AQHA Photography Show & Sale.The pieces work together to show the versatility of the American Quarter Horse. From barn scenes to riding to racing – there is something for everyone!

Doors will be open to the public for the show opening from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on October 28 at the Museum, with cocktails and hors d'oeuvres.

All prints will be available for purchase during the show opening October 28, as well as online at www.aqha.com/photoshow in one of the following sizes: 12x12,11x17 and16x20. Proceeds from the sale of the art support the Hall of Fame in its efforts to preserve the history of the American Quarter Horse.

In addition to the AQHA member photos, a few of the top images captured by The American Quarter Horse Journal will be included in the photography show.
