The Farnam All-Around awards will be presented at the 2013 Novice championship shows.

The American Quarter Horse Association is pleased to announce AQHA Corporate Partner Farnam as the presenting sponsor of the 2013 AQHA Novice championship shows and the title sponsor of the Farnam Novice All-Around awards.

The Nutrena AQHA East Novice Championship Show is October 1-6 in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, and the SmartPak AQHA West Novice Championship Show is October 2-6 in Las Vegas.

The Novice Championships are the pinnacle events for American Quarter Horse Novice exhibitors. Participants must qualify for the championships nationally or through a state or provincial affiliate to compete in classes representing halter, English and western disciplines.

The Farnam Novice All-Around awards will be presented to the highest point-earning youth 13-&-under, youth 14-18, amateur and Select amateur competitors at each of the Novice Championships. The Farnam Novice All-Around winners will receive a prize package that includes Montana Silversmiths spurs, a WeatherBeeta blanket and Professional’s Choice SMX Air Ride® saddle pad.
