Race Record: Dynazip won his trial by two lengths after going to post at 11-1 odds. An earner of $38,754, the brown colt by champion FDD Dynasty last year ran in two Grade 2 futurities, the Hobbs America Futurity at Zia Park and the Sunland Park Winter Futurity, but his only other win in nine career races was in maiden company in his first race after the Hobbs America.

Breeder: Paul Jr. and Paul Taylor III of Roswell, New Mexico, have bred horses that have made 709 starts, 66 wins and earnings of more than $710,000.

Owner: Martin Ybarra of Fort Stockton, Texas, also owns Grade 1-placed runner Eagle On The Fly ($166,964) and All American Futurity finalist Lethal Volcom.

Trainer: Victor Rodriguez-Flores has trained the earners of nearly $400,000 since 2011, including Restricted Grade 1 winner Little Bit Southern and Grade 2 winner Captain Strawfly. A champion on the track in both 2006-07, FDD Dynasty earned $1,173,001 and in Grade 1 events won the Ed Burke Million Futurity and Go Man Go Handicap and placed in the Golden State Million Futurity, Los Alamitos Two Million Futurity and Blues Girl Too’s Champion of Champions.

Dynazip is a full brother to stakes winner ZZ Dynasty ($108,943) and a half-brother to the stakes-winning Jess Louisiana Blue mare Zimalue ($86,124).
