Amateur 3-Year-Old Mares

I Execute Class tops competition for third year.

For the third year, I Execute Class stood at the top of her age group in amateur mares.

Led by breeder and owner Rita Crundwell of Dixon, Illinois, the bay mare was first on three judges’ cards and second on two November 5. She’s a favorite of Rita’s, as well.

“Some of them are more work than others,” she says. “The mares are a lot easier to show than the boys.”

In 2009, I Execute Class was open and amateur world champion yearling mare. In 2010, she was open and amateur world champion 2-year-old mare. In all, she has earned $11,305.41 at the AQHA World Championship Show.

This year, she’ll receive the winner’s share of the $5,046 purse in the class sponsored by the Breeders Halter Futurity.

I Execute Class is a 2008 bay mare by Execute and out of Im About Class by Kids Classic Style. Execute is a 2004 sorrel stallion by Mr Touchdown Kid-Forever Coolest by Coolest. He’s also a homebred for Rita and a four-time world champion.

Im About Class is a 2003 bay mare by Kids Classic Style-Im Out And About by What About Mr Bob. She was bred by Lifeline Equine of Arena, Wisconsin, and Rita owns her.  She was the world champion 3-year-old mares in 2006 at the Adequan Select World Championship Show. I Execute Class is her first foal.
