Qualify through your affiliate for the AQHA Novice championships.

Qualifying Period: May 1, 2012 – June 30, 2013

Must be a member, in good standing with Massachusetts Quarter Horse Association during the qualifying period.
Must have shown at either the MassQHA Novice/Open Show (April) and/or the MassQHA
Annual Shows (May).
Must have fulfilled the "Two Meeting Rule." (See MassQHA handbook)
Must submit a letter of intent to the MassQHA board of directors for each horse/exhibitor combination.
If a Novice class is not offered at MassQHA qualifying shows, the exhibitor who has competed elsewhere at AQHA-approved events may still qualify by submitting the results of those events to the board of directors.
In case of a tie, the exhibitor who showed in the greatest number of shows will qualify. If there is still a tie, the exhibitor with the most points will qualify.
