Chin Lee's Carburator dueled with Day Of Fame early before pulling away to a half-length victory in the $22,680 Zoetis SunRay Park Starter Allowance Challenge on Sunday afternoon. Sacred Stone finished three-quarters of a length behind the front-running pair in the show position.

The 5-year-old Azoom gelding not only added $13,608 to his bankroll of nearly $80,000, he also earned a starting spot on November 9 in the $75,000 Zoetis Starter Allowance Challenge Championship during the Bank of America Challenge Championships at Los Alamitos Race Course.

No stranger to that Southern California racetrack, the Ramon Rivera trainee won three of seven races at Los Alamitos as a 2-year-old and qualified for the Kindergarten Futurity (G2) and the PCQHRA Breeders' Futurity (G2) in 2010.

Sacred Stone, racing for Rogers Farms, picked up $2,268 for third. Gerald Richards conditions the 7-year-old by The Down Side from the Tolltac mare Six Tac. Ridden by Esgar Ramirez, the Dan and Patricia Baker New Mexico-bred has earned nearly $70,000.
