Pinnacle Purchase of Retama Approved

Pinnacle buys majority of Retama Park.

On Tuesday, the Texas Racing Commission approved Pinnacle Entertainment's request to purchase 75.5 percent of the racing assets of Retama Park in San Antonio, Texas. Pinnacle will receive a 75.5 percent share of the racing license for $22.8 million.
