Lota PYC tops the year’s inaugural 2-year-old AQHA Racing-Horseplayernow.com National Top-10 Poll after a dominating performance in the $720,000 Remington Park Futurity (R). The homebred colt races for Steve Holt, and is undefeated in three starts with earnings of $308,878. The PYC Paint Your Wagon colt won the Remington Park Futurity by 2 1/4 lengths over fastest qualifier A Will And Away on April 14. Running close behind in the standings are West Texas Futurity (G1) winner El Duero and Sam Houston Futurity (G2) winner Sassmaster.

In the poll for older horses, world champion Cold Cash 123 retains his dominating position atop the list. The Leo Stakes (G1) winner was again a unanimous vote for first. Behind him sits champion Rylees Boy, who in his most recent start was much the best while winning his third consecutive Bank of America Sunland Championship Challenge (G2).
