Two-time champion producer and 2008 AQHA Broodmare of the Year My Dashing Lady topped R.D. and Joan Dale Hubbard's Crystal Springs Farm Bloodstock Dispersal held Friday prior to the opening session of the Ruidoso Select Yearling Sale. Lazy E Ranch LLC, was the agent for the dispersal.

Rafter W Stables purchased the 17-year-old daughter of former leading sire Dash For Cash for $280,000. The sorrel mare has produced 6 foals to race, 6 ROM including champions Noconi ($1,348,959) and Brenda Beautiful ($337,176). She is also the dam of stakes winner Going Separate Ways ($13,804) and stakes-placed and G1 finalist Dejon ($56,661). She sold open.

Grade 2 winner A Dream To Remember (4 wins to 3, 2013, $232,085) brought a final bid of $265,000 from Reliance Ranches LLC. The Corona Cartel mare is out of the multiple stakes winning Thoroughbred mare Hallowed Dreams, winner of 25 races and $740,144.

McColee Land & Livestock purchased the high-selling weanling, an unnamed Corona Cartel filly out of My Dashing Lady for $105,000.

The high-selling embryo was a $55,000 Corona Cartel out of Natalie Dash, by First Down Dash, purchased by Vaughn and Jill Cook and P.K. Thomas.

The sale saw all 41 lots consigned sell for $2,075,200, a $50,615 average and $35,000 median.

Rafter W Stables was the leading buyer with three purchases for $375,000. Reliance Ranches LLC had three for $357,000, and Edward C. Allred bought one for $270,000.

Tres Seis was the leading covering sire with two mares averaging $58,000. All-time leading first crop sire One Famous Eagle had four in-foal mares average $32,750, and Corona Cartel had three for $29,333.
