Fair Meadows Decision Reversed

Fair board reverses decision for Fair Meadows at Tulsa, there will be racing in 2013.

In a complete reversal, the Tulsa Co. Fair Board reversed decisions that would have shuttered live racing at Fair Meadows at Tulsa in 2013.

On November 1, the fair board voted without comment to sign a naming deal with the Creek Nation which would result in shuttering the track. Following an outcry from horsemen, this meeting was set to reconsider.
