Carrington Beach, a Ruidoso race-winning three-quarter brother to world champion Wave Carver and champion Ocean Runaway, will begin his stallion career in 2013 at Heritage Ranch & Stallion Station, near Farr West, Utah. He has been syndicated and will stand for a fee of $1,200.

Carrington Beach won his trial for the 2011 Rainbow Futurity (G1), defeating multiple stakes winner JLS Party Wagon ($147,808) and All American Futurity (G1) runner-up Jess Send Me ($361,595).

His sire, two-time champion FDD Dynasty won eight of 11 starts, earning $1,173,001. He won the Ed Burke Million Futurity (G1), Go Man Go Handicap (G1), and Governors' Cup Derby (RG2). He finished second in the Los Alamitos Two Million Futurity (G1) and third in the Golden State Million Futurity (G1) and Champion of Champions (G1). FDD Dynasty is currently the No. 3 leading second crop sire of 2012 money earners. From two crops he has sired 82 winners, 27 stakes horses and earners of more than $2.28 million.

Carrington Beach is out of the Grade 2-placed dam of distinction Runaway Wave, by Runaway Winner. She is the dam of 19 ROM winners including champion sire Ocean Runaway ($1,642,498); world champion and No. 2 leading third crop sire Wave Carver ($1,005,946); Grade 1 winner Trisk ($254,233); stakes winner and Grade 1-placed Aquafina ($141,943); stakes winner and track record holder Little Surfer ($102,749); Grade 1 placed and top ten first crop sire Sir Runaway Dash ($120,705); Grade 2 placed Bring The Bling ($67,320); and stakes-placed Seaside ($35,853).

The second dam is the stakes winning Thoroughbred mare In The Curl, by Shelter Half, dam of eight ROM including stakes winner Harbor Beach ($129,371); All American Futurity (G1) runner-up First Down Surfin ($290,681), stakes-placed Igofast (TB) ($143,043); Grade 2-placed Capitan Nuevo ($56,539); and Grade 2-placed Curls Girl ($54,066).
