In her own name, Kawananakoa as breeder has been represented by 107 winners from 139 starters, including four champions, 24 others stakes winners and the earners of more than $6.79 million. A native of Hawaii, Kawananakoa maintains the breeding facility Lakeview Quarter Horse Farm at Nuevo, California. Trainer: The son and assistant trainer of leading trainer Mike Joiner and a successful trainer in his own right, Cody Joiner since 2000 has conditioned the winners of 84 of 478 starts. His starters have earned more than $1.15 million. Joiner sent out Terrific Synergy to score in the July 28 Governor’s Cup Derby (RG2) at Los Alamitos. Qualifying Jockey: Cody Jensen is a two-time winner of the All American Futurity, with champion Teller Cartel (2005) and No Secrets Here (2006), both of whom were trained by Paul Jones.
