From 1,010 starters, Corona Cartel has sired five champions, 119 other stakes winners and 587 other winners. The colt is out of the winning Strawfly Special mare Race Valentine ($12,309), who also produced the stakes-winning A Hot Valentine ($32,505) by Corona Caliente, whose sire First Down Dash sired Corona Cartel’s sire Holland Ease. Race Valentine is one of 11 winners out of champion Speedy Empress ($494,716), who has produced the earners of $397,805, including stakes winners Graford ($34,331, by Strawfly Special), Speeding ($99,138, by Shazoom) and Speed Smith ($76,551, by Prime Talent).
