AQHA Cloning Lawsuit Update

Preliminary indication from the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals shows when oral arguments might be conducted.

Preliminary indication from the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals is that oral arguments will be the week of September 1 (excluding Labor Day). In the near future, the American Quarter Horse Association anticipates receiving notice from the Fifth Circuit regarding the specific day during the week of September 1 oral arguments will take place.
