AQHA provides the latest updates on the cloning lawsuit.
On December 26, AQHA filed its appellate brief in the cloning lawsuit.
We are extremely pleased with the brief and the excellent work of our legal team, and we look forward to presenting our case to the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
The appellees’ response, subject to any request for extension, is due in 30 days. Thereafter, we will have 14 days to file a reply to appellees’ response.
We will continue to keep you and the membership updated during the appellate process. Again, thank you for all of your messages supporting AQHA’s efforts to have the judgment reversed.
