On March 9, the Hall of Fame opened its latest exhibit, Legends of the Breed: Bloodlines of the American Quarter Horse.  The display focuses around the bloodlines of 11 of the foundation horses and shows their famous American Quarter Horses descendants.

The highlight of the exhibit “Tales of the American Quarter Horse”, was a special story-telling event. This was an opportunity for equine and history enthusiasts to learn more about the untold stories of these legendary horses from AQHA historian, Jim Jennings, as well as guest researchers and authors. The event was recorded and available to view online. 

The Legends of the Breed exhibit will remain open through July 21. This and other exhibits can be viewed Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. All AQHA members get free admission into the Hall of Fame & Museum during regular hours.
