Annette Randall

Annette Randall

Ever since her father bought their first two horses when Annette was six, she has had a pencil or brush in her hand. She sold her first painting at age 9 to a family friend, and never stopped drawing. Horses have always been her passion.

After attending Utah State University where she majored in illustration, Annette’s art became focused on the working cowboy and horses. Other than some critical workshops taken to better understand anatomy and the landscape, she is self-taught. Her pencil work is completely self-taught.

After taking a long break, peppered with a limited number of pieces while raising her family, Annette has returned to her art with renewed energy and spirit. Her art was featured in the 2010 America’s Horse in Art Show and can be found in various collections and online at www.annetterandall.com.
