AQHA Convention

We invite you to attend AQHA's annual Convention and make a difference in your association.

AQHA is an organization that works for our members. Each spring, AQHA holds a convention to review AQHA rules and policies.

The 2014 AQHA Convention was March 7-10, 2014, at the Hyatt Regency in New Orleans.

2014 Committee Reports

NOTE: Committee recommendations, with the exception of those from the stud book and registration and the nominations and credentials committees were subject to AQHA Executive Committee review/modification.

The Executive Committee reviewed those recommendations at its April meeting. Because there were a large number of rule-based recommendations from the amateur, judges and show and professional horsemen’s committees, those recommendations were further evaluated to determine information technology needs and timelines, then went on to the AQHA Show Council for review. The recommendations with Show Council input were then reviewed by the Executive Committee during its July meeting and the updated reports can be viewed using the links below.
